Possibly! If this project is super successful and we meet all our stretch goals I will add NEW goals with new pins designs! But we need to get there first. Can you make me a custom pin?
No sadly. I have no plans to produce custom pins for specific people. My personal goal with this project is to build a large collection of Oshi Pins based off the most popular oshi marks out there; a little something for everyone.

The wood...smells good?
YES!!! ✨ When you receive your pins you’ll be delighted by the natural smell of the laser burnt sides of the cherry wood~<3 It’s like a cozy campfire or a controlled prairie burn. I just adore it and I hope you do too!

How large are the pins?
Each pin is roughly 20mm large. Of course because of their different shapes in design that size will vary from smaller to slightly larger. They are also 4mm thick!

Are they waterproof?
Somewhat. The pins are water resistant. They will be perfectly safe getting rained on, splashed or spilled on; no need to worry about the ink running off or the wood getting damaged! However please do not submerge them in water or keep them in moist environments as that can harm them. That’s not good for most things!!!

Can I build my own custom set?
No. The sets are SET. Between making the best choices for my small business to simply keeping properly organized and beyond, The sets are the way they are and you cannot build a custom one. HOWEVER If you are looking to obtain certain pins I highly recommend choosing whichever pledge best suits your needs, then going over to the Add-Ons where then you can add as many singular pins to your pledge as you’d like! To get exactly the ones you want!

Can I enjoy Oshi Pins even if I'm not really into all this V-tuber and Idol stuff?
OF COURSE YOU CAN!!!! Oshi Pins are for everyone! That’s the beauty of their designs! They really can be applicable to just about anyone or anything. It would be my honor if you enjoyed them; whatever your reasons may be!✨

YES!!!!!! That is the ideal way to do this ✨ Pledge for what you WANT to happen, not what already has. That’s how we achieve proper funding to meet those goals!✨

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
I understand that Wooden products can come with slight variations of the wood grain as is natural to the material resulting in each piece looking slightly different to the next. I understand that Clover Patch Studio will not be refunding or replacing any pins mailed out.
